10 May 2026 – 16 December 2026 

• MLOS 7 Nights – Book Beach Villa No Pool or Water Villa No Pool and receive upgrade to Beach Villa Pool Queen / Beach Villa Pool King

Terms for the Offer:

• Offer valid for NEW bookings as mentioned above.
• Discount will be applied on Base Occupancy on BB meal Basis.
• Discount will be applied on Accommodation Rates only and not applicable to other Services.
• Discount is not applicable for additional persons sharing the villa and will be charged as per contract.
• Half Board Offer includes a complimentary 3-course dinner at Earth restaurant (Appetizer, Main Course & Dessert) or Daily F&B dine-around dinner credit applicable in all available restaurants, including theme nights and special events (excluding In‑Villa Dining).
• Complimentary Half Board / Daily F&B dine-around dinner credit is applicable to all guests staying in the same villa, up to the maximum occupancy as per the existing resort bedding policy.
• Children under the age of 12 can dine from the kids’ menu available in all restaurants (excluding teppanyaki, theme nights, and special events).
• The daily F&B dine-around dinner credit cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
• Unused credit cannot be brought forward to another day or exchanged for resort credit or for cash value.
• Half Board refers to Breakfast and Dinner and cannot be exchanged for Lunch or In-Villa Dining.
• The daily F&B dine-around dinner credit is subject to 10% service charge and 17% GST tax.
• Kids Go Free is valid for up to two (2) children under the age of 12 and as per the applicable bed capacity per villa category. A supplemental charge will be applicable for additional children and children are complimentary on the same meal plan as their parents.
• Free Transfer is applicable for all paying guests.
• This offer is not retroactively applicable (cancellation & rebooking under the same name will not be accepted).
• This offer is limited to F.I.T. bookings with a maximum of 9 villas
• Discount is not applicable on green tax, deduct Green Tax of USD 12 per person per night before calculating discount.
